HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FOCUS ON THIS BLOG WITH A MILLION FRUIT FLIES BUZZING AROUND ME??!!!
Snack Taxi Sandwich Baggies (Made in Massachusetts)
I just finished eating my lunch munch. Trader Joe's soup and fake grilled cheese (aka bread and cheese nuked in the microwave instead of lovingly browned on the stove). While eating, I realized that even an average lunch can stimulate some Made in USA fun! Instead of packing my sandwich in a boring ol' plastic baggie today, I saved a bag, and used the Massachusetts-made Snack Taxi reusable bag that my coworker gave me. They're super cute bags, but when using one, just make sure the velcro is actually closed. Today my sandwich fell out and I was scared people would see what a pitiful sandwich I really had. Shh! Also, yesterday Amber sent me the link to these Made in USA boot covers called Hugrz! They're pretty neat. If you have a plain pair of boots, you can switch up the look by putting different "sleeves" over them. Furry, knit, and animal prints are some of their designs! It's a good idea, and way economical over buying multiple pairs of boots. The company seems really committed to to the community and jobs, which I love. http://www.hugrz.com/
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
