Today was Brian's second of three birthday celebrations. The first was on Friday, today was with his parents, and this Saturday will be with me for his top secret kidnapping. Well, it was supposed to be last Saturday, but a sore throat got in the way. Anywho, if this guy has so many celebrations for his 28th, I can only imagine what the 30th is gonna look like... Maybe he's just well loved.
Today I got to visit with his mom who was just in Florida caring for his grandpa. She showed me this picture of the medicine for grandpa. Made in USA! It may seem like an easy assumption that all our medicine is made here, but the generic "Day/Ny-quill" I just bought is actually Made in Canada. Gasp! So, I may be dressed entirely American Made, but the sleepy medication coursing through my veins is not.
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
