Even though today wasn't cold, I thought I'd share a little trick I've been doing to keep my fingers warm and moist from the dry, crispy air. You see, I only have one pair of American made gloves, and their sort of "nice", so I don't really want to sleep in them. I have plenty of short, footie ankle socks though. So at night, I slather on lotion, then put the footie socks on my hands! It's works! Well, it keeps my hands warm anyways. I don't know how effective the moisturizing is. So for those looking to stretch their Made in USA wardrobe, it's a tip!
Disclaimer: I've been told by one particular person that it looks really weird to wear socks on my hands!
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
