My mom told me last night that I'm layering too much in my outfits, and looking too casual for work. I hope she knows that some of the really casual pix are taken on the weekends. I still think she might have somewhat of a point, so I wore my nicer jacket today, but I didn't really feel like myself. Nothing is worse than making art and designs when you don't feel like yourself! Well, yeah, there are a lot of worse things actually, but still..
Anywho, today despite my stringent budget, I decided to wander over to Ross at lunch, and check out the stock. I don't think I've ever actually bought clothing at Ross before, but for the sake of research, blog material, and retail therapy, I thought I'd look but not buy. Dubious plan. Well, I didn't inspect everything, but I found a few American made shirts, a skirt, and lo and behold a pair of "Ninety" brand nice black pants! They even had them in a variety of sizes. So far, I've pretty much had all the basic clothing staples Made in USA, but I've been missing a pair of black pants. No longer! For $14.99 I couldn't pass up a spiffy pair of Made in USA black pants! Now, my wardrobe is ready for (almost) any occasion! Yay!
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
