I must say, I'm very impressed by my friends (and boyfriend)! They have found so many awesome Made in USA goodies and forwarded them my way. People may say that young people don't care about things or the future, but that myth is busted!
This weekend, my friend, the Other Anna was closet cleaning and blasted me with pix of over 10 items she found tucked away that were all Made in USA!
In the mix were shirts from Tokidoki, American Apparel-Classic Girl, Juicy Couture, Gap Kids, Junk Food, Young Fabulous & Broke (I can relate...) and Upper Playground. Most of them were hand me downs, so the prices and stores are a bit of a question mark, but some are from TJ Maxx and like stores! Great to know there are so many brand still making clothes here, even if it's not all their clothing. It seems that it's easier to find shirts than pants Made in USA. Probably because they're simpler to manufacture.
OMG! Total Ross clothing outfit! After work I'm going to get another pair of these pants!
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
