Today I was working in my craft room, which has two windows facing the busy street. This equals noise! While trying to concentrate, I kept hearing rattling mufflers, putting cars, and most of all revving motorcycles roaring back and forth around the neighborhood. While this normally bugs me, it really bugged me today! Finally I looked out the window to see who was making such a racket, and it was a man on a Harley. Arg! Harley's are usually the culprit.
On one hand, I feel like I should appreciate the company because they produce American-made noise machines (at least according to most blog posts out there). On the other hand, it's REALLY annoying! I try not to post grumpy blogs, but why did Harley ever decided to make such noisey doo-dads? Maybe I should write the American Harley-Davidson factory a nice letter asking them to please quiet their motorcycles for the greater good of American ears.
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
