Shirt at Betty Divine's in Missoula, MT!
So, my mom has a TV. I don't. This means I'm kinda out of the loop. Well, today we're in her sewing room working on my wedding dress, when I hear a commercial. My ears perk up at catchy (to me) phrases like "American workers", and "jobs at home". I'm thinking it's a VW or a Chevy commercial, when I hear that it's actually a power tool brand called "Stihl". I've never heard of them, but I don't use many power tools. Apparently they're American made, so that's good enough for me! Here's their site: http://www.stihlusa.com/we-are-stihl/?STIHLINC-Annual-2013&gclid=CNGOxbbVx7kCFUQ6QgodTEYAAQ
Also, I made a penny pincher version of my usual Missoula shopping rounds. I saw nice clothing at Betty Divine's, Made in USA, but just got a pair of $15 (no sales tax!!!) earrings because I'm trying to preserve my money supply! I was a bit sad to not be able to buy more, but glad that there was American made clothing out there!
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
