OK, in between moving half my stuff to San Diego from LA into storage, and tasting wedding food, I really didn't find time to scope out Made in USA fun. However, I did make the decision to put all my non-Made in USA clothing (which I've been saving in plastic bins for nearly a year) into storage even though my project is complete in 16 days.
To me this means that I have no intention of going back to wearing non-American made clothing any time soon! In fact, I can't see it at all. It would feel weird to me to go buy a piece of clothing not Made in America. I'm sure I will bring out my old clothes one day, but for now, I'm happy with all my Made in USA items!
PS. My mom said my style has changed a lot since I started the project. I don't think that's true, but maybe I'm biased. Simply a note. Good night!
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
