I was Googling celebrities endorsing Made in USA product, when I stumbled upon Taylor Guitars, which is endorsed by Jason Mraz (and Taylor Swift among others). This is particularly interesting to me because:
1) Most Taylor Guitars are made in El Cajon, CA near where I grew up. In fact, my high school even had a guitar making class sponsored by Taylor Guitar.
2) Brian and I decided that a Jason Mraz song was going to be our wedding tune. Maybe he played it on a Made in USA Taylor guitar!!! How awesome would that be?!
Note: Some of their guitars are Made in Mexico.
Note to Self: A Made in USA gift for Brian, perhaps...
If this ain't resourceful, I don't know what is! Amber noticed one of her preschoolers had a super cute and colorful dress, and asked to see the brand. Lo and behold, it's Made in USA! I wish we knew where it's from. Oh well, it's good to know that it's not only grown up clothing Made in USA! It's a fantastic find!
On another note, I started thinking about a Made in USA wedding....in addition to my dress! We shall see. I need to discuss this with several people. Namely Brian. Hi Brian (in case you're reading this).
Hello! I'm a 30 year old gal with a liking for doing year long projects. I've done a year without any form of chocolate, a year without coffee shops, and 5 years without gum (and I LOVE chocolate, coffee shops, and gum)! A year wearing only American Made should be the hardest yet, though*.
